Water Kefir Mixed Berries Smoothie

This smoothie is dairy free. To be Dr. Sebi approved for Electric food replace water kefir with plain water and avocado instead of banana. You can also add the dried Goji Berries as a garnish.


  • 1 cup Water Kefir
  • 1/2 cup Mixed berries (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 6 frozen strawberries
  • 1 serving of vegan protein powder
  • 2 medjool dates (or honey)
  • 1 tbsp dried Goji Berries
  • 1 banana (optional)


  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender. Garnish with fresh berries or dried goji berries.


Preferably ripe banana but not spotty, I like it greenish.
